The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) inspected MTS Global, Inc. in Irwindale on Feb. 9 for foodborne biological hazards, data posted on the FDA’s website shows.

The final report found that MTS Global, Inc. did not need to implement corrective actions regarding the company’s management operations.

The FDA regularly inspects facilities nationwide to assess whether workplaces and their products comply with FDA-regulated laws and regulations designed to protect public health. Inspection findings are then made available to the public.

The FDA’s website states the agency is primarily responsible for regulating the safety and quality of human and animal drugs, biological products, medical equipment and tobacco products.
