On Saturday, March 1, former Glendora High School standout AJ Salgado’s current college team, the UCLA Bruins, won 8-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the UConn Huskies.

The game took place at Jackie Robinson Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Huskies this season.

The Bruins’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 2 p.m. at Jackie Robinson Stadium against USC Trojans.
