On Tuesday, April 8, former Glendora High School standout Adam Armstrong’s current college team, the Arkansas–Monticello Boll Weevils, won 7-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Delta State Statesmen.

The game took place at Harvey Stadium at Ferriss Field. This was their third matchup against the Statesmen this season.

The Boll Weevils’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 6 p.m. at Weevils Field at Union Bank Park against Southeastern Oklahoma State Savage Storm.
