On Sunday, Feb. 16, former San Dimas High School standout Ryan Castro’s current college team, the UC Irvine Anteaters, lost 9-8 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Vanderbilt Commodores.

The game took place at Sloan Park. This was their first matchup against the Commodores this season.

The Anteaters’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 6 p.m. at Cicerone Field at Anteater Ballpark against USC Trojans.
