On Saturday, April 19, former Monrovia High School standout Kate Nelson’s current college team, the San Francisco State Gators, won 9-6 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Stanislaus State Warriors.

The game took place at Warrior Softball Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Warriors this season.

The Gators’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 25 at 1 p.m. at SFSU Softball Field against Cal State San Bernardino Coyotes.
