On Dec. 13, Trueblood Robert Co. Trueblood Family Trust (trustee) sold their four bedroom, three bathroom home at 601 Shady Oaks Drive, Monrovia to David M. and Marlo Palacios for $1,500,010.

This home last sold on Oct. 30, 2000 for $440,000.

So far in December 2021, this is the only property that sold in Monrovia as of this publication.
