On Feb. 23, Ku Tzu S. and Josephine Ku Family Trust (trustees) sold their four bedroom, five bathroom home at 1122 E. Lemon Ave., Monrovia to Tzu S. and Josephine Ku (trustees) for $2,050,000.

This home last sold on Nov. 14, 2014 for $1,760,000.

So far in February 2022, this is the only property that sold in Monrovia as of this publication.
