Duarte and Burrtec Waste Industries will hold their annual Duarte Community Clean-Up & Shred event on Saturday, May 14, 2022 from 8 AM – 2 PM at the Duarte City Hall parking lot (1600 Huntington Drive). Burrtec will be collecting bulky items, construction/demolition waste, electronic waste, and old documents for shredding. For compost materials, residents should bring the proper vehicle or storage container to accommodate the load. Burrtec will provide shovels. The City will also be distributing used oil containers for residents that would like to recycle their old motor oil safely. Please note, household hazardous waste will not be accepted. Must be a Duarte resident; IDs will be checked.
