The Irwindale Police Department and the Baldwin Park Police Department have partnered with Firestone Complete Auto Care to present a drive-thru Etch & Catch Catalytic Converter Theft Prevention event on Thursday, October 6, 2022 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Firestone Complete Auto Care located at 4201 Maine Avenue in the city of Baldwin Park. The purpose of the Etch & Catch event is to deter theft and aid law enforcement in the recovery of stolen vehicle parts. At this event, trained automotive technicians will mark (etch) your vehicle's catalytic converters with unique identifications numbers that make them readily identifiable to law enforcement (catch).
This event is open to residents of the cities of Irwindale and Baldwin Park. Space is limited and reservations are required!
