Celebrate Halloween at the City of Duarte Halloween Howl!

The Duarte Parks and Recreation Department’s annual Halloween Howl is back this year with frightfully fun activities for the entire family! Join the haunt on Monday, October 31 from 5-8 PM at Royal Oaks Park (2627 Royal Oaks Drive).

Families looking for a spooktacular celebration will find a wide variety of festivities at this year’s Halloween Howl such as trick-or-treat stations, a Halloween fun zone, wandering zombies, spooky attractions, and costume contests! Attendees can enjoy single attractions for  $1 per attraction or attendees can purchase a $5 wristband for unlimited access to the event’s attractions. The costume contests, categorized by age group and best family costume, will start promptly at 6 PM. Don’t miss your chance to show off your killer costumes for a chance to win a prize!

The Halloween Howl event will be the finale of multiple fall activities the City hosts this spooky season. You won’t want to miss the City’s other exciting fall activities including two events on October 23; the Floating Pumpkin Patch at the Duarte Pool (1600 Huntington Drive), and the annual Howl-O-Ween Pet Costume Contest at Aloysia Moore Park (1100 Duarte Road). If you dare to find your next spooky adventure in Duarte, check-out our Fall Activity Guide by visiting the City’s website.
