There is still time to RSVP for the 47th Annual Mayor’s Community Breakfast and State of the City Address on Friday, October 28, 2022, at 7:30 a.m.
The address will be given at the FrontRunner Restaurant at Santa Anita Park, located at 285 W. Huntington Drive. The City of Arcadia and the Arcadia Chamber of Commerce have partnered once more to host this important event for business leaders and community members. In discussing the State of the City Address, Mayor Tom Beck said, “I look forward to reflecting on Arcadia’s many achievements and outlining what lies ahead for our great community.”
This year’s keynote address will be given by WNBA Legend Candace Parker - one of the most decorated female basketball players of all time. In 2022, Candace was named to TIME Magazine's list of the 100 Most Influential People in the world. Candace is a renowned broadcaster and inspiring role model for young women everywhere.
Tickets for the event are $30 per person and include a breakfast buffet. A portion of event proceeds will be donated to the Assistance League of Arcadia. Founded in 1954, the Assistance League of Arcadia is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit comprised entirely of volunteers offering community programs to underserved members of Arcadia, and other cities in the San Gabriel Valley.
Event tickets may be purchased online at ArcadiaCAChamber.org or by contacting the Mayor’s Office by phone (626) 574-5403, or email mbuttice@ArcadiaCA.gov.
