n order to be eligible for one of the seats, applicants must be a resident and a registered, qualified voter in the City of Irwindale at the time of appointment.

* Per the Irwindale Municipal Code, no person shall be eligible for appointment to the Senior Citizen Commission unless he or she is a resident, age fifty years or older and a registered, qualified voter of the city at the time of appointment.
