Contestants of the Arcadia Festival of Bands alongside special guests Judy Chu, California District 28 Congresswoman, and Mike Fong, California State Assemblyman, gathered excitedly in the Salter Stadium for the festival’s awards ceremony. The ceremony kicked off with a speech from Judy Chu on how band played a large role in her high school career, as well as a great thanks to Arcadia High’s Band Directors, Kevin Sherrill and Tom Plunkett.
