Announcement: Notice of Funding Availability and Requests for Proposals
The San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD) today issued a number of housing-related funding opportunities for qualified nonprofits and community-based organizations, including a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for capital improvements for existing nonprofit-owned rental housing, and multiple Request for Proposals (RFP) for community-serving programs, facilities, and services.
MOHCD has a responsibility to maintain transparency in its processes. This open and competitive process is utilized throughout the City for the allocation of public funds. MOHCD is committed to providing as much clarity as possible during this process. Live virtual pre-submission webinars will be offered for every funding opportunity where staff will provide an overview of the NOFA/RFP process, including eligibility criteria and application instructions.
