On Sunday, Feb. 2, former Glendora High School standout Adam Armstrong’s current college team, the Arkansas–Monticello Boll Weevils, lost 6-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Ashland Eagles.

The game took place at Daikin Park. This was their first matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Boll Weevils’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 2 p.m. at Weevils Field at Union Bank Park against Missouri Western Griffons.
